Adrian Maldonado & Associates is a Cleveland based company providing consulting, management assistance, and post construction clean-up. We have been in business for more than 17 years and have worked on some of the most significant projects in and around Northeast Ohio. AMA is a certified Service Disabled Owned Business, Minority Business enterprise, and Small Business enterprise.
Adrian is married to his wife Laurie, and has 4 daughters Monica, Holly, Erin and Chelsea.

ADRIAN MALDONADO
President & Owner
Chelsea serves as the Operations Manager of Adrian Maldonado & Associates. She has spent the last 4 years on the MetroHealth Campus managing the DEI and LCP Tracker programs for Turner Construction, as well as helping facilitate their community outreach events. She previously worked on 2 GCRTA Renovation projects.
She manages the staff as well as all marketing for the company. Additionally, she owns a labor services company, Maldonado Construction Services. Chelsea’s goal is to continue to build the company and expand our services offered.
She is a proud 2017 graduate of Ohio University. She resides in Fairview Park, Ohio with her husband Sean, son Reilly and French bulldog Alfi.

Project Engineer & Superintendent
Brian McCrodden joined the company in January of 2018 and serves as a Project Engineer/Superintendent. Brian holds a BA from Bowling Green State University and Master's Degree from the University of South Carolina. He previously worked on Akron Public Schools' Anne T. Case Community Learning Center, the Broadview Heights Recreation Center, University Hospitals Ahuja Phase 2 and the new Berea-Midpark High School.
Brian worked as a Project Engineer on the Sherwin Williams World Headquarters until 2025 and is now the MEP Project Engineer on the CWRU ISEB project.
Brian lives in Broadview Heights with his wife Monica and their twin sons, Jack and Henry.

Project Engineer/Superintendent
Michael is a seasoned veteran Project Engineer. A graduate of Kent State University's Construction Management Program, Michael has been working on Case Western Reserves $300 million Integrated Science and Engineering Building since early 2025 managing the Interior Work. His duties include managing RFI's submittals, closeouts, safety and managing the field office. Michael is a resident of Cleveland, Ohio.

Project Engineer/Superintendent
Curtis is a graduate of Toledo University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Curtis started as Project Engineer on the Sherwin William HQ in 2022 and was recently promoted to Superintendent, responsible for punch lists and closeouts and prior to AMA, worked for ODOT. Curtis is proficient in the use of Procore, Auto Cad and Bluebeam. Curtis lives with his wife in Mantua, Ohio.

Maria has worked for AMA for the past 15 years, serving as the head of cleaning and maintenance. She has supervised multiple projects, including Ahuja Medical Center Phase II, Metropolitan at the 9 Hotel and the new Cuyahoga County Headquarters. Maria resides in Cleveland, Ohio.

Erin plays an important role in managing our digital assets and enhancing our online presence across social platforms. She is responsible for developing impactful visual content and overseeing all print materials. Additionally, Erin provides essential technical support and software assistance, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Sergio attended the University of Mexico and holds a degree in Civil Engineering. He is currently at the State of Ohio Lausche building, along with the Adelbert Gym Addition and Renovation at Case Western Reserve University. Sergio is a resident of Cleveland, Ohio.

With more than 30 years of experience as a Superintendent, Tim has a rich background in the construction industry before becoming part of the AMA team. He is currently serving as the Superintendent at the Cleveland Clinic Neurological Sciences building and lives in Fairview Park, Ohio.

Joyce leads our human resources division and manages our accounting and finance departments. With over 30 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies, she possesses valuable skills that help us maintain a strong focus on our clients. Joyce resides in Berea, Ohio with her husband Dave.

Assistant Maintanence Manager
Barb is a dedicated member of the AMA team for over 15 years. Starting as a laborer, Barb has worked on numerous projects and has recently been promoted to project supervisor. Known for her great personality and teamwork, she consistently prioritizes project completion, safety, and quality. Barb proudly calls Cleveland, Ohio her home.
