Adrian Maldonado & Associates is a Cleveland based company providing consulting, management assistance, and post construction clean-up. We have been in business for more than 17 years and have worked on some of the most significant projects in and around Northeast Ohio. AMA is a certified Service Disabled Owned Business, Minority Business enterprise, and Small Business enterprise.
Adrian is married to his wife Laurie, and has 4 daughters Monica, Holly, Erin and Chelsea.

Chelsea serves as the Operations Manager of Adrian Maldonado & Associates. She has spent the last 4 years on the MetroHealth Campus managing the DEI and LCP Tracker programs for Turner Construction, as well as helping facilitate their community outreach events. She previously worked on 2 GCRTA Renovation projects.
She manages the staff as well as all marketing for the company. Additionally, she owns a labor services company, Maldonado Construction Services. Chelsea’s goal is to continue to build the company and expand our services offered.
She is a proud 2017 graduate of Ohio University. She resides in Fairview Park, Ohio with her boyfriend Sean and French bulldog Alfi.

Brian McCrodden joined the company in January of 2018 and serves as a Project Engineer. Brian holds a BA from Bowling Green State University and Master's Degree from the University of South Carolina. He previously worked on Akron Public Schools' Anne T. Case Community Learning Center, the Broadview Heights Recreation Center, University Hospitals Ahuja Phase 2 and the new Berea-Midpark High School.
Brian is currently a Project Engineer on the Sherwin Williams World Headquarters and is LEED Green Associate accredited.
Brian lives in Broadview Heights with his wife Monica and their twin sons, Jack and Henry.

Project Engineer
Julian Taylor is the newest member of the AMA Staff.
Julian is currently serving as a Project Engineer and is responsible for Diversity and Workforce Reporting. He is currently working on the 53 million dollar Meijer Fairfax Market and Apartments Project.
He is a native of Berea, Ohio and currently resides with his wife and children in Brunswick. He also serves as the JV basketball coach at Berea-Midpark High School.

Safety Manager
Savannah joined the AMA team in 2023 as an Interim Safety Manager at the Sherwin Williams World Headquarters. She specializes in Construction Health and as a Safety Technician.

NATHAN
ACEVEDO
Assistant Project Engineer
Nathan joined the AMA team in 2023 and is currently working as a Field Engineer at the Cleveland Clinic Nuerology building with Turner Construction where he assists in coordinating the day to day site operations with Superintendents and Project Management teams. Nathan is OHSA 30 trained and has experience with forklifts and assisting field crew members.
Nathan is a graduate of Cuyahoga Commnity College.
